🎲 Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited

This company is an online gambling operator within the Broadway Gaming Group, specialising in remote bingo and casino-style gaming for customers in Great Britain. It holds an active operating licence from the Gambling Commission and forms part of a wider group that runs multiple online bingo and slot brands, including popular options on various Broadway gaming sites. Notably, the group includes polo bingo casino sister sites, which offer a range of gaming experiences to players.

The broader group began operating in 2010 with the launch of the Butlers Bingo brand. Over the following years it added or acquired further bingo and casino brands, including Glossy Bingo (2013), Rosy Bingo (2014), Dotty Bingo (2014) and Bingo Diamond (2015). The Irish-incorporated entity covered by this licence was established in March 2021 as part of a restructuring of the group’s UK-facing operations.

The group expanded significantly in 2022 when it acquired the Dragonfish bingo platform and associated bingo brands from 888 Holdings. This transaction included brands such as Wink Bingo and related bingo and slots sites, and transferred operation of those bingo activities to the Broadway Gaming group. Within the group structure, this company operates alongside Broadway Gaming Limited, which also holds a separate Gambling Commission operating licence. Grand Battery Holdings Limited was previously associated with the Dragonfish bingo licences before they were moved under this entity’s UK licence.

Licensing and Operations

This company holds a Gambling Commission operating licence authorising it to provide remote gambling services to customers in Great Britain. Under this licence it is permitted to offer online bingo and casino-style games (including slots) to consumers, and to operate these products on multiple branded websites, including those featuring the Britbingo casino brand and other Broadway gaming casinos.

The licence is recorded by the Gambling Commission as active. The public register shows it as an operating licence holder with no non-remote (land-based) permissions. The activities under this licence are directed at the remote (online) market, primarily for bingo and related gaming products.

The entity forms part of a group structure in which some UK-facing gambling activities are carried out under this licence and others under the separate operating licence of Broadway Gaming Limited. The group also uses the Dragonfish platform to provide business-to-business bingo software and services to other operators, although those B2B activities may be conducted under distinct regulatory permissions.

Regulatory History

The Gambling Commission’s public register lists this company’s operating licence as active and does not record any revocations. No regulatory enforcement actions, financial penalties or licence suspensions specific to this entity were identified in the available sources.

In late 2023, the remote bingo operations that had been associated with Grand Battery Holdings Limited were recorded as being operated under this company’s Gambling Commission account number, reflecting the transfer of the relevant UK bingo operations within the Broadway Gaming group structure. No other significant regulatory events relating to the status of this operating licence were identified in publicly available material.
