This company is a business-to-business gambling software and services provider licensed by the Gambling Commission in Great Britain. It supplies remote gambling facilities and related technology to other licensed operators rather than offering consumer-facing gambling under its own brand. Its operating licence is currently recorded as active on the Gambling Commission’s public register.
The company forms part of the EveryMatrix group, an international provider of iGaming platforms and content. The UK company was originally incorporated in 2007 under the name FSB Technology (UK) Ltd and subsequently adopted its current name in 2024, reflecting its position within the wider group. It operates as the UK-licensed entity through which the group provides regulated gambling services and technology in Great Britain.
The company holds a Gambling Commission operating licence authorising it to provide facilities for remote gambling. Under this licence it is permitted to contract with other licensed operators to supply sportsbook, casino and related remote gambling products and services. As a B2B supplier, it may also, where authorised, provide white-label or turnkey solutions that enable third-party brands to offer gambling to customers in Great Britain under the regulatory oversight of the Commission.
Its licence allows it to offer facilities for gambling in accordance with the conditions attached by the Commission, including requirements relating to anti-money laundering controls, safer gambling measures, customer interaction, marketing, and technical standards. The public register records the account as active, indicating that the company is currently authorised to carry on the licensed activities, subject to compliance with ongoing regulatory obligations.
Over time, the scope and permissions of the licence have been updated through routine regulatory processes and specific regulatory actions. The company has continued to operate under the Gambling Commission’s framework, which includes regular reporting, suitability assessments, and adherence to licence conditions and codes of practice applicable to remote gambling businesses.
The Gambling Commission has taken formal regulatory action against the company in relation to its licensed activities. In 2019, the Commission suspended the company’s operating licence following compliance concerns, including failings related to social responsibility and anti-money laundering. During the period of suspension, the company was not permitted to offer remote gambling to consumers in Great Britain, although it remained able to provide certain B2B services that did not require an operating licence.
Following remediation measures and engagement with the regulator, the company’s authorisation to provide B2C remote gambling services in Great Britain did not resume in its previous form. The Commission’s public statements record that the licensee ceased providing B2C services in May 2022. The business has since been positioned and regulated primarily as a B2B supplier of remote gambling facilities and technology to other licensed operators.
The regulatory action resulted in the imposition of specific sanctions, including financial penalties and additional licence conditions designed to address identified failings and to ensure ongoing compliance. The company cooperated with the Commission’s investigation, and its operating licence remains active on the public register, allowing it to continue to provide licensed B2B gambling services in Great Britain in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
